Returns
For hygiene, spiritual sanctity, and product integrity reasons, we generally do not accept returns on:
- Siddh Yantras
- Raksha Kavach
- Sacred Threads (Kalawa)
- Consecrated spiritual products
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Replacement Eligibility
After verification, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Other appropriate resolution
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Spiritual expectations not being met
- Incorrect usage of products
- Normal wear and tear
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier services
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
